Radial Column Chart

Definition

A Radial Column Chart is helpful to show data in a bar chart where the axis is circular. There are concentric circles that show the intervals of the numeric axis. The central axis is the starting point and extends outwards. The higher the bar is, the more numeric value it represents.

Why do you need it?

We need a Radial Column Chart to show data in a circular form. This method is good when the categories are low. They look attractive and memorable. Using this, one can analyze the chart in just sight.

What kind of data you can visualize with it?

We can visualize categorical-data using this chart. Assume you have a population of countries for a respective year, then you can use this chart as an alternative. The bar which comes outward more with respect to others shows a country with a maximum population and vice versa.
